New Workshop: Intro to Watercolor Florals Class with Encourage Huntsville
I have been absolutely adoring teaching brush calligraphy classes, and have been really desiring to expand my workshops to include more educational options! One of my absolute favorite things to paint is floral design, so it only made sense that my next workshop series would be an Intro to Watercolor Florals Workshop!
My first intro to watercolor florals workshop will be on February 4, 2016 with Encourage Huntsville at Belle Faire in Huntsville, Alabama! Since it is right before Valentine's Day, we will be painting bundles of pink peonies - as if we need an excuse to paint them!
WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
Flowers make all of us oh so happy, right? Unfortunately, we can't all have a bundle of peonies on our kitchen table every day, but we can bring them into our homes for life through beautiful watercolor paintings!
In this introductory class, I will teach you the basics of your tools, color theory, and mark making. We will take everything you've learned to create a gorgeous peony art print for you to bring home as a pop of color and a constant reminder of stunning spring vibrance! It will be the perfect splash of pink for your Valentine's Day decor!
