I absolutely adore collaborating with other vendors to produce styled shoots. It allows me to think outside the box of what I normally create for my brides, and design something unique for that particular styled shoot's aesthetic.
For instance, my brides adore sweet, feminine, pink and gold invitation suites. And I adore them - that's so me! But, it was also fun to pink up my tube of indigo paint and create a monochromatic organic blue invitation suite for this whimsical Knoxville wedding styled shoot.
This shoot was the dream child of HoneyBee Events and Jason Messing of Juice Beats Photography. They desired to tell the beautiful story of intimate moments captured of the bride and groom after their ceremony. A focus on that alone time after the most love-filled moment in your life is so sweet, and I love how all of these details came together to truly represent that. Sequoyah Hills in Knoxville, Tennessee was the perfect setting as it embodies the romance and serenity of the moments right after the couple was wed.
How darling do these little hand deckled and hand painted calligraphy place cards look tucked inside the gorgeous purple silk ribbon? I love how they complement the colors in the floral arrangement!
Indigo brush calligraphy on light dusty blue envelopes with a vintage blue stamp - could a monochromatic color palette look any lovelier?
How stunning is her bridal bouquet? I absolutely adore the soft purple and blush tones mixed in with slight pops of indigo. Megan Connors did an absolutely amazing job creating this beautiful piece!
I also cannot stop swooning over her impeccable hair and makeup by Beauty by Nora, doesn't it look so soft and sweet underneath her veil? I know I want a photo like this on my wedding day!
I just love these precious stolen moments between the bride and groom before they join their guests at the reception. It is a once in a lifetime moment that is so special to capture, don't you think?
