Today is finally the day! I have been sharing sneak peeks and posting messages about my upcoming Fall Collection for the Simply Jessica Marie Etsy shop for quite some time, and I'm happy to say that the collection is live in the shop today!
Did y'all have any guesses as to what the Fall collection was going to be? More art prints? That would be a good guess, but I'm introducing a line of something that I have been so anxious and excited to launch since I dreamed it up- a collection of greeting cards!
I am such a firm believer in the art and joy of sending handwritten letters. It is so much more personal and exciting to both send and receive a letter from a friend, family member, or loved one in the mail than to simply receive a text or email.
I had the most enjoyable time dreaming up designs for my Fall collection. I really thought about what I love most about the Fall. Cozying up with a great cup of coffee, baking with my family (mostly enjoying the baking that is done), and long chats with friends are things that honestly give me some of the biggest joy during the Fall, and are what inspired my Fall collection.
For someone who loves Pumpkin Spice Lattes as much as I do, telling someone you love them more than PSLs truly means a lot! When it comes to hanging out in the Fall, there's really nothing better than catching up with a friend, family member, or loved one over a cup of coffee. There's also hardly anything that I can think of that is sweeter than mama's pie, whether it be apple, pumpkin, or cherry. So, telling someone they are sweet as mama's pie sure is quite the compliment!
Each card features my custom calligraphy (something new I've been learning!) and watercolor illustrations. Each card is also paired with an envelope in a coordinating color as shown above, both sized A7. I'm offering my Fall collection cards as single cards, or sold together as a trio if you can't decide which you love most!
Make sure to check out all of the cards in my Fall collection in the Simply Jessica Marie Etsy shop! Do you have a favorite? I'd love to know!
